WE COVER ALMOST EVERY DEPARTMENT FOR REPRESENTATION

Woow all along!!

CIA's legal representation fortifies your case.!

The procedure for attending an interview with you commences with the initial acquisition of disclosure from the investigators, whether they are Police Officers or representatives from Government Departments. The subsequent step involves a private meeting with you to elucidate the legal implications arising from this disclosure, encompassing the laws pertinent to any potential offense under investigation. We then seek your account of events. The pivotal decision that follows is determining whether your best interests are served by answering police questions, providing your account through a written statement, or simply exercising your right of silence through a "no comment" interview. Throughout the interview, our approach is proactive, which may involve objecting to inappropriate questioning and tactics, ensuring you are not questioned about significant matters undisclosed before the interview, and guaranteeing that the Police do not impede you from expressing what we have determined you wished to convey during the interview, as well as ensuring you do not overlook presenting any crucial information.

In the course of our interactions with the investigators, we are committed to presenting representations strategically and effectively. These representations are meticulously crafted with the objective of persuading the investigators that the available evidence is insufficient to warrant taking the matter to court. Our focus is not only on challenging the evidentiary basis but also on preventing the Police from recommending the denial of bail or suggesting inappropriate bail conditions.

This process involves a nuanced approach, where we carefully analyze the evidence presented by the investigators and construct persuasive arguments to highlight any weaknesses, inconsistencies, or gaps in their case. We aim to demonstrate to the investigators that proceeding with legal action lacks a solid foundation, thereby advocating for a resolution without court involvement.

Simultaneously, we emphasize the importance of fair and reasonable bail conditions, opposing any recommendations that may be deemed excessive or unnecessary. Our proactive engagement in this regard seeks to ensure a fair and just legal process, protecting the interests of our clients and advocating for a resolution that aligns with the principles of justice and due process.

In cases deemed relatively minor, the Police autonomously determine whether the matter proceeds to court. Conversely, for issues considered serious or intricate, the decision is escalated to a Prosecution Solicitor at the CPS for a final determination.

This is relevant, for instance, to allegations encompassing sexual offenses, severe violence, or substantial financial loss. Allegations, even if not necessarily serious in terms of potential sentencing, are referred to the CPS if they are considered sensitive, such as all cases involving alleged domestic violence or racial aggravation. The legal criterion that both the Police and CPS must adhere to before bringing a case to court is that a court, correctly applying the laws of evidence, is more likely than not to find the person guilty. All our legal and tactical guidance is primarily crafted to prevent, to the extent possible, meeting this criterion
