Team Expansion and Airtel Partnership
- Co-founder Neha joins the organization, enhancing the professional team.
- Airtel, a major telecom player, approaches SAG to join as Channel Partners for Broadband Operations, recognizing the founders' IT expertise.
- Gaurav officially becomes an IT Instructor for Delhi Police, showcasing his commitment to IT education.
2009
Diversification with Airtel and Idea Cellular
- Airtel expands the partnership to include Mobility Operations, satisfied with SAG's performance in broadband.
- SAG opens two significant call centers with over 150 telecallers.
- Idea Cellular entrusts Mobility Operations to SAG.
2012
Mercedes Benz Partnership
Mercedes Benz (India) selects SAG for their Call Center operations at the Noida showroom.
2014
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Partnership
BJP awards its Call Center operations to SAG, a testament to the agency's reliability.

Amazon India Online Partnership
SAG becomes an Online Partner of Amazon India, achieving remarkable success in the specified fields.

Founding Cyber Intelligence Agency (CIA)
- Gaurav, now an experienced Cyber Faculty member of Law Enforcement Agency, co-founds Cyber Intelligence Agency (CIA) with Founder Neha Vats.
- CIA is established to combat the increasing size of cyber frauds, working collaboratively with law enforcement agencies.
